About the role
- Understand business problems and translate them in to clear, structured requirements for data, analytics, and AI solutions.
- Bridge business and technical teams by clarifying goals, aligning expectations, and ensuring both sides understand each other.
- Support project delivery by participating in planning, coordinating sprints, tracking progress, and helping ensure timely execution.
- Ensure data quality and governance by working with data stewards and promoting ethical, accurate, and compliant use of data and AI.
- Drive solution adoption by communicating value, preparing teams for change, and encouraging uptake of new tools and insights.
- Maintain strong documentation using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence across all stages of the project.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, staying updated on new technologies, and suggesting enhancements.
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in an IT‑related field
- 10+ years of experience across areas such as Project Management, Data Analytics, Data Management, BI, Cloud Data Services, or SAP
- Strong business analysis and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working in global organizations using Agile and DevOps ways of working
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with multi‑sourced teams and external vendors
- Familiarity with key data and automation platforms (SAP, Azure, GCP preferred)
