About the role
- Build project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Run Agile ceremonies and ensure continuous delivery.
- Manage cross‑functional delivery teams and stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Review solution designs and ensure adherence to Orica’s standards.
- Translate business requirements into data and technical specifications.
- Support deployments, testing, and solution rollout strategies.
- Resolve incidents, manage escalations, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Lead the AI, Data & Reporting Community of Practice.
- Stay ahead of new technologies in AI, Data, Analytics, and Reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years in business‑facing technology roles in complex global environments.
- 5+ years managing data and reporting functions.
- Familiarity with data extraction, transformation tools, and SAP data sourcing.
- Hands‑on Power BI experience.
- Experience leading workshops and executive discussions.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong problem‑solving, risk mitigation, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering analytics using Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into effective solutions.
