• Develop tailored Joint Value propositions with individual partners:
• Work closely with extended partner team and the partner to understand and assess alignment of Orgvue to partner propositions and project delivery
• Develop compelling value propositions to expand the use of Orgvue within a specific partner
• Develop and deliver a communication and capability building plan to embed joint value propositions
• Understand strategic business plans with our strategic partner(s) and identify opportunities to embed, enhance and grow Orgvue usage further
• Build core partner proposition:
• Working with the partner, identify key stakeholders, priorities, and requirements for core partner proposition(s)
• In coordination with our Partner Solutions and Partner Success teams, develop priority use case(s) and propositions from positioning, project delivery through to potential multi-year licence resale, drawing on product and marketing teams for content as needed.
• Develop and communicate effectively with partners on product, proposition, and service offerings
• Build, or contribute to building of marketing, proposition, sales, and on-boarding materials
• Act as the ‘Orgvue Evangelist’ within the identified partners, and be an interface back into Product Management and Customer Experience organizations
• Develop the partner ecosystem:
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the partner ecosystem
• Contribute to team financial metrics and KPI
• Provide inputs for internal process and system improvements to enable partnership management at scale
• Continually learn about Orgvue product roadmap, capabilities, and the competitor landscape

Manager, Alliances

Consultant

• Be the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Orgvue platform
• Work directly with enterprise companies, customers and consulting partners to learn about and document their major business challenges & pain points
• Credibly relate to this pain & demonstrate solutions to solve the audience’s business problems
• Deliver sessions positioned to the audience appropriately, from C-Suite down to technical analysts.
• Closely partner with our Account Executives and Account Managers through direct customer interaction, driving confidence in our platform and removing all technical or workflow-related objections throughout the sales cycle
• Alongside the Account Exec or Account Manager, build value-based proposals for the customer or prospect, which highlights current challenges, paint a future vision and quantify the potential value
• Provide high level overview of product architecture, functionality, data requirements and integration with other enterprise applications (as required by the audience)
• Deliver functional and technical related responses to RFIs and RFP tenders whilst coordinate the wider business engagement
• Assist the sales team (AEs and AMs) with sales strategy for their pipeline
• Act as one of the principal sales liaisons with global consulting services, product engineering, and marketing departments in communicating market requirements and other pertinent information
• When required, establish Proof of Concept (POC)/pilot key success criteria (objectives, baseline metrics, goals, agenda, duration, etc.) and support the POC/pilot process.

Solution Consultant

Account Executive

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through deal close.
• Act as the BDE / BDR to develop and execute account and/or industry-based prospecting strategies.
• Build an awareness of how our software is applicable to specific industries (Financial Services, TMT, Consumer, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Corporate Services, Industrial Products, Energy & Resources).
• Independently manage a book of new business for organizations between 1,000 and 3,000 employees across North America.
• Learn our software, the pain points it solves, and be able to tailor the value proposition as it relates to each organization.
• Learn MEDDPICC sales methodology within the context of selling Orgvue.
• Develop territory plans, quarterly projections, while still managing the details of weekly activity.
• Scope, develop, and deliver proposal (written and oral).
• Travel occasionally to prospects and to conferences.
• Use tools, like Salesforce and Clari, to capture deal progress.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota, which is both value and volume based.

Mid-Market Account Executive

Business Development Rep

• Achieve qualified booked meeting goals through both outbound prospecting and conversion of inbound leads.
• Design and deploy focused sales campaigns aimed at expanding Orgvue’s presence and brand in specific market niches.
• Conduct lead nurturing and qualification activities leveraging existing outbound marketing, contact database, prospecting processes and supporting collateral.
• Collaborate with sales account executives to penetrate targeted accounts and identify sales opportunities.
• Competently convey Orgvue position, value and differentiation to different levels of prospect contacts including senior contacts.
• Assess prospect needs and requirements against Orgvue offerings.
• Conduct research to develop target account contact information and account intelligence to generate an understanding of customer needs and requirements that can inform sales prospecting and/or marketing program strategies.

• You will play a central role in making Orgvue “fly off the shelf”, acting as the connective tissue between our product strategy and the sales and marketing activity that drives growth.
• You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers’ buying teams, what motivates them, the challenges they face, and how decisions are shaped and influenced.
• You’ll stay close to market and competitive dynamics, using these insights to shape compelling, differentiated value propositions and messaging.
• Working closely with the Head of Product Marketing, Product Management and Marketing teams, you’ll create clear, impactful sales toolkits and customer-facing materials that help teams confidently articulate the value of working with Orgvue.
• This is a high-profile role that requires energy, a collaborative can-do approach and an absolute focus on doing what drives our business forwards.
