Consultant

• Create trusted relationships at the appropriate level to solve key business problems by combining your experience, data and Orgvue’s capabilities.
• Support customers throughout their Orgvue journey, working closely with the account team to support the technical capability of the customer
• Explore potential new solutions and review their existing setup, proposing updates that lead to greater value for the customer.
• Review existing customer and partner tenant configurations and share opportunities for improvement with the account team. This will include Gizmo optimization and any other factors that may impact performance or usability.
• Share perspectives on opportunities and risks with account team members and leadership
• Work with our Partners in ensuring their projects are setup for success, facilitating Start Right sessions and serving as an advisor, guide and escalation point for the partner project delivery team, working in close collaboration with the Partner Success team
• Advise and train customers on how they can best utilize Orgvue to deliver operational and strategic business objectives, pushing back on customers where needed to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
• Build and standardise articles for the knowledge base to improve how we upskill the wider community.
• Contribute to the innovation of the platform and will have a voice in feeding back how the platform can better meet market demands.

Technical Account Consultant

• Collaborate with strategic Partners to design and deliver solutions addressing complex business challenges.
• Support solution architecture for Partner needs and large-scale initiatives, contributing from discovery through deployment.
• Develop expertise in the Orgvue platform to provide technical support and guidance to Partners and internal stakeholders.
• Translate Partner requirements into scalable solution designs and reusable assets (packs, APIs, templates, documentation).
• Share Partner and market feedback to help shape the Partner Solutions team’s roadmap and influence product capabilities.
• Support solution builds ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with product best practices.
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide technical and strategic oversight across projects.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Customer Experience teams to influence platform development and go-to-market readiness.

Consultant, Partner Solutions

Marketing

• Partner with the Director of Revenue Marketing for North America and wider global team to develop global and regional campaign plans, with a strong focus on creating and managing successful virtual and in-person events.
• Lead and guide external agencies and event organizers, making certain that productive partnerships are formed, and agreed-upon returns are achieved for all events.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize campaign execution, automation processes, tracking, and insights, with a focus on event planning and delivery.
• Leverage expertise in event planning to build strong partnerships with BDEs and AEs, aligning on ABM and industry strategy to drive pipeline growth for enterprise accounts.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure seamless execution of events and other marketing activities, delivering on monthly and quarterly targets.

• Conduct Data-Driven Organizational Design (DDOD) by delivering analytical insights on the current business through data capture, analysis and storytelling and supporting our clients in tracking and monitoring changes to their workforce over time.
