Systems Engineer

• Provide support for the financial, accounting, tax, inventory, billing, asset maintenance and purchasing modules. Diagnose issues, clarify doubts and resolve incidents related to Protheus.
• Analyze, propose and implement improvements, new modules and systems to optimize processes and ensure adherence to industry and vendor best practices.
• Document procedures, configurations and implemented processes. Develop and train users on best practices and efficient use of the modules.
• Identify and correct technical and configuration issues, ensuring system stability and performance, and act proactively to prevent recurrence of errors.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:00.
