About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issuance and management of state, municipal, and federal negative debt certificates (CNDs);
- Management of permits, Location and Operating Inspection fees, and other licenses;
- Acquisition, renewal, and management of digital certificates;
- Monitoring and regularization of the company's tax status with public authorities;
- Monitoring of administrative processes and the company's tax account with the competent authorities;
- Support for processes related to opening, modifying, and closing branches;
- Submission of mandatory ancillary filings to IBGE;
- Recording of service invoices received in municipal portals;
- Monitoring the transmission of goods invoices with SEFAZ (State Department of Finance - SEFAZ);
- Assistance with adjustments and routines related to Tax Reform requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic MS Office skills;
- Experience in fiscal and tax routines (CNDs, tax regularity, ancillary obligations);
- Experience interacting with public authorities (Federal Revenue Service, SEFAZ, and Municipal Governments);
- Management of permits, licenses, and digital certificates;
- Experience with company/branch incorporation, modification, and closure;
- Recording and monitoring of invoices (services and goods);
- Support in tax administrative processes and tax adjustments;
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
