About the role

  • Work in The Netherlands managing sales for selected Organon products
  • Build and maintain partnerships with targeted customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Understand customer needs related to patient management and develop tailored strategies to meet those needs
  • Report sales results to the Sales Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • At least five years of successful work experience in the pharmaceutical field service as an Account Manager
  • Experience in hospital approach in The Netherlands
  • Experience in neurology and migraine is a plus
  • Experience in communicating complex medical and pharmacological information on products and therapeutic concepts
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Experience in organizing hybrid, online and/or face-to-face events
  • Willingness to undertake independent and proactive professional training
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
