About the role
- Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond by ensuring the efficient management of customer orders from generation to logistics.
- Work closely with one or two Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) to process orders, address inquiries, and resolve issues for superior customer experience.
- Collaborate with OSRs and other internal teams to provide customer-centric solutions and processes.
- Build relationships with customers and monitor communications to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Enter customer orders and provide accurate information about solar products, pricing, and availability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in inside sales or customer service
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the solar B2B environment or renewable energy industry.
- Inside sales, lead generation and account management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about solar products and systems.
- Proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
