About the role
- Manage requisition load handling a wide range of requisitions
- Conduct intakes, establish recruitment plans, coordinate advertising, screen candidates
- Work up and extend compensation offers, prepare offer letters
- Facilitate the reference check process
- Ensure a positive candidate and customer experience through effective communication
- Participate in work groups and special projects
- Monitor performance against key performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of progressively responsible HR recruitment experience which includes managing a high requisition load (50+)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a recruitment load
- Knowledge of compensation principles and application
- Understanding of state and federal employment laws, rules, and regulations
- Effective, clear, and culturally aware written and verbal communication
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems, HRIS, software commonly used in recruiting
