About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and provide strategic guidance throughout key hiring and talent milestones
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and sourcing teams to attract top talent and build strong pipelines for current and future needs
- Proactively engage talent pools and maintain relationships with prospective candidates
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: strategy meeting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Leverage the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to effectively communicate the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to candidates
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, guiding recruitment decisions and talent planning
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct efficient and effective resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews/assessments
- Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting colleagues to share talent and insights
- Provide regular updates and coaching to hiring managers throughout the TA process
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Participate in strategic, TA projects and quarterly business reviews as required
- Use recruitment systems to track progress and ensure data accuracy
- Drive performance and outcomes aligned with defined global and local Talent Acquisition KPIs
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Four-year College or University degree
- Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions, role types, and organizational levels
- Proven capability to act as a strategic talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions aligned with business goals
- Skill in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and job boards
- Proficiency in conducting resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth candidate interviews
- Knowledge of how to effectively communicate and utilize an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and engage talent
- Experience coaching and advising hiring managers to ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging recruitment process
- Familiarity with tracking, analyzing, and maintaining recruiting data using applicant tracking systems and related tools
- Ability to manage complex or senior-level requisitions, including those in niche or hard-to-fill functional areas
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize competing demands
- Business acumen to connect recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
