About the role
- Assist with execution of data governance processes in support of key projects and programs
- Provide general administrative support for the Data Governance Program
- Review and approve catalog submissions
- Assist other staff in the application of cataloging standards
- Assist with catalog audits and content review
- Apply templates to existing documents and presentations
- Attend weekly Data Governance Office meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Enrolled in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
- Enrolled in an area of study that includes Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Library Science, or Computer Science
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Prior experience with content management (technical and business documentation)
- Flexible work schedule
- Approximately 10 to 20 hours per week
- Fully remote
