Sales Development Rep

• Identify, contact, and qualify potential prospects by generating new business opportunities through inbound lead generation campaigns and outbound go-to-market plays.
• Work with our Marketing team to improve campaigns and messaging and partner closely with our Sales team to execute a territory plan.
• Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, Linkedin, and other channels to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
• Understand ORDR’s product and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to a prospect’s needs.
• Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with Regional Sales Directors.
• Proactively search for and identify potential customers through various tools and channels like 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, and Marketing campaigns.
• Gather information about target accounts and industries to tailor personalized communication and identify potential pain points.
• Initiate contact with potential prospects through phone calls, emails, and personalized messages over LinkedIn to introduce ORDR’s platform and conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess their needs, budget, and decision-making authority to determine if they are qualified sales prospects.
• Schedule sales meetings between qualified leads and Regional Sales Directors.
• Maintain accurate information about leads and opportunities within Salesforce.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Directors to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled meetings; provide necessary context for further Sales engagement.

Sales Development Representative

Technical Account Manager

• Lead the end-to-end deployment and configuration of the ORDR platform across complex enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with deployment goals and KPIs.
• Become a trusted technical advisor by understanding each customer’s environment, and guide stakeholders on integrations, APIs, architecture, and KPIs to fully operationalize ORDR.
• Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and roadmap alignment sessions to ensure the success and scaling of ORDR solutions over time.
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve challenges, provide technical guidance, and represent the voice of the customer internally.
• Design and lead tailored onboarding programs and customer enablement plans mapped to technical priorities, environments, and use cases.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with both technical and executive stakeholders—documenting progress, sharing insights, and celebrating milestones with clients.

Customer Success Manager

• Guide customers throughout onboarding and for the entire lifecycle, building dashboards and reports, and advising on operational best practices for the ORDR platform.
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer’s business outcomes and helping stakeholders set technical KPIs to drive platform adoption and measurable ROI.
• Proactively drive adoption, engagement, and expansion across your enterprise accounts by identifying growth opportunities (CSQLs), supporting renewals, and ensuring maximum customer value.
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve challenges, advocate for customer needs, and help shape product features based on customer feedback.
• Guide onboarding and training programs, tailoring content to each customer’s specific technical environment and goals.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with executive stakeholders, documenting and sharing key learnings and celebrating customer wins internally and with clients.
