About the role
- Actively support the development and scaling of Payroll Plus
- Guide new customers from first contact through successful onboarding
- Assist with the implementation, setup, and explanation of Payroll Plus
- Contribute to onboarding processes, documentation, and best practices
- Work closely with Growth, Business Development, and Product teams
- Analyze customer feedback and assist with reporting
- Help design and optimize internal processes related to Payroll Plus
Requirements
- Highly self-motivated with a structured, independent way of working
- Interest in Business Development, SaaS, HR tech, or payroll
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers
- Responsible attitude and a hands-on mentality
- Initial experience with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, or similar systems is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week
