Backend Engineer

• Build and maintain core features of Ordio's SaaS platform using PHP and Symfony
• Design, implement, and optimise scalable backend systems on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that follows best practices
• Architect solutions for complex problems in workforce management, time tracking, and scheduling
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to technical decisions around architecture, tooling, and development workflows
• Work with databases (SQL), APIs (REST/GraphQL), and third-party integrations (payroll, compliance tools)
• Monitor, debug, and optimise application performance and reliability
• Champion engineering excellence: testing, documentation, CI/CD, and automation

Senior Backend Developer

Product Manager

• Own and drive product vision, strategy, and execution for Ordio’s SaaS platform
• Lead and grow a team of PMs and Engineering leads
• Engage directly with HR leaders, managers, and deskless workers for customer-centric discovery
• Translate insights into a clear roadmap balancing AI innovation with pragmatic delivery
• Prioritise ruthlessly and align product bets to company OKRs and growth goals
• Build scalable product practices: discovery rituals, outcome-driven roadmaps, product analytics, and experimentation
• Represent Product at leadership level and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure market fit and commercial success
• Report directly to the founders as a member of the leadership team

• Bedarfsanalyse, Durchführung überzeugender Produktdemos
• Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der ersten Ansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss
