About the role
- Manage the recruitment processes, including writing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Assist with employee benefits and payroll administration.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
