About the role
- Oversee Orbia’s hedging operations, treasury information management, and lease governance.
- Drive high-quality data, reporting, and automation across the organization.
- Own the hedging operating model, data governance standards, reporting accuracy, and system enhancements in Kyriba and SAP/SAC.
- Execute hedging transactions with banks and own the end‑to‑end operating model, controls, and lifecycle governance.
- Coordinate exposures and hedging execution with HoldCo and BGs.
- Produce executive dashboards and reports for liquidity, hedging, and Treasury performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field - required.
- Master’s degree (Finance, Financial Engineering, Data/Analytics) or Treasury‑relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CTP) - preferred.
- 5 –7 years of experience in Treasury, Global Markets, Risk Management, or related financial operations, with strong hands‑on exposure to hedging execution, data governance, and treasury processes — required.
- Demonstrated experience in data and analytics (dashboards, data models, automation, and control frameworks) supporting Treasury or financial operations — preferred.
- Experience implementing or enhancing Treasury systems and reporting platforms (e.g., Kyriba, SAP/SAC, Power BI/Tableau), including integrations, workflow improvements, and reporting design — preferred.
- Familiarity with Treasury products including FX hedging, derivatives operations, debt, and lease administration — preferred.
- Experience collaborating with banks, auditors, rating agencies, and cross‑functional finance teams — preferred.
