- Advise on legal matters related to the business operations

Requirements
- Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Admission to practice law in Colombia and/or Mexico preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a multinational company or Tier 1 law firm
- Uphold high ethical standards and dedication to compliance
- Knowledge of business law, contracts, and regulations—particularly concerning chemicals and manufacturing
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
