About the role
- Support the implementation of the Orbia Talent strategy
- Design and deliver impactful talent and capability development projects
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure relevance and impact
- Monitor and analyze participant engagement, completion rates, and impact metrics
- Manage relationships with global talent development vendors and content providers
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with strategic Talent and Development goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent management/Organizational development
- Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Talent modules) as key users or business owner
- Fluent in English; Spanish speaking would be advantageous.
