• Ensure the success and satisfaction of OCASA Life Science key customers acting as their primary point of contact within the organization.
• Build strong client relationships from an operational perspective to maintain ongoing services.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests and / or resolve any client's issues.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
• Address and resolve client concerns, inquiries, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with study validation activities.
• Generate project database and maintain accurate project documentation files.
• Monitor and oversee the operational performance of key client accounts, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds agreed-upon standards.

Operations Key Account Specialist

Project Manager

• Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans and key governance documentation
• Develop and manage the project risk plan
• Lead change management and stakeholder communication plans throughout the project lifecycle
• Define project scope, KPIs and success criteria aligned to business objectives
• Drive process optimization through End-to-End (E2E) process mapping and improvement initiatives
• Manage external relationships including documentation control and participation in RFX processes
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and project governance
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, workstreams, resource allocation, and cost estimations
• Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues
• Serve as liaison between project team members, cross-functional areas, customers, vendors and other stakeholders
• Use appropriate project management tools for scheduling
• Communicate updates, changes, and dependencies clearly
• Plan and facilitate project meetings
• Monitor task completion to identify risks, delays, or barriers
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Provide guidance and motivation to project teams
• Lead End-to-End (E2E) process mapping and improvement initiatives
