• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Record month closing transactions and update the general ledger.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
• Reconcile G/L accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and support financial reporting tasks.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Support senior accountants and contribute to auditing processes ensuring GAAP adherence.
