About the role

  • Take part in the development of an innovative open-source dependency mapping platform.
  • Design and implement automated discovery mechanisms to identify and catalog IT system dependencies.
  • Build robust data pipelines to continuously monitor and map relationships between diverse systems.
  • Develop scalable Python-based data processing pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Design efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions for complex dependency graphs.
  • Transform dependency data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Create automated alerting and monitoring systems for critical dependency changes.
  • Contribute to the open-source community and publish high-visibility project work.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for launching projects that gain high visibility.
  • Strong collaborative approach, thriving in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and/or Dutch + English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python.
  • Understanding of system interdependencies, data lineage, and impact analysis methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code practices.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining open source projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
