About the role
- Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of our technical enablement programs.\n
- Own our Technical Bootcamp, labs, and Capture the Flag (CTF) experiences.\n
- Enable Sales Engineers (SEs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Support Engineers, and Partners on Wiz Security’s solutions.\n
- Ensure they are equipped with the technical expertise, tools, and confidence to deliver exceptional value to customers.\n
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned enablement leader with deep technical acumen, a passion for hands-on learning, and experience building scalable, high-impact training programs for both internal and partner audiences.\n

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in technical enablement, technical training, or related roles; at least 3 years in a leadership position.\n
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on technical background with a deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes.\n
- Program Management: Proven ability to design, launch, and scale enablement programs with measurable outcomes.\n
- Partner Enablement: Experience building partner readiness frameworks and certification programs.\n
- Learning Innovation: Familiarity with gamification, hands-on labs, and experiential learning methods.\n
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.\n
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
