Develop various types of creative marketing content for clients including blogs, emails, and content calendars for social media accounts as well as oversee the development of creative assets for media campaigns.
Implement comprehensive marketing strategy to increase client’s web traffic, brand awareness engagement and reach through content, email and social outlets.
Identify trends and insights, then lead a team to optimize content and marketing performance.
Prioritize creative marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective.
Oversee the design and creation of various content formats, including blog posts, videos, social media content, and more.
Manage social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives across multiple clients.
Work with cross-functional teams, including design, writing, and marketing teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing efforts.
Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and professional growth.
Manage performance reviews, goal setting, and career development plans for junior team member(s).
Serve as a strategic thought partner to client leads and internal stakeholders, contributing ideas that enhance creative impact and campaign performance.
Oversee team workload and project timelines, balancing priorities across multiple accounts and deliverables.
Review designs, content, and social media calendars, providing approval of materials before sending to clients.
Design social media strategies and posting timelines to achieve marketing targets.
Create monthly content calendars across various social media platforms for top tier clients.
Meet with clients to review marketing strategies and present our results.
Create, publish, and continuously manage original, high-quality content when needed. This includes written, designed, and video content.
Design, develop, and test emails for both email marketing and advertising emails.
Collaborate with internal Orange142 departments on social innovations and ways we can leverage social advertising to supplement our campaigns.
Facilitate client community management by responding to posts.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social engagement and performance and prepare monthly reports on email marketing campaigns.
Monitor social channels and user engagement and suggest content optimizations.
Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in marketing or another related field is required.
A minimum of three (5) years of experience in digital marketing is preferred.
Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness.
Experience managing and running email marketing campaigns.
Content writing and design experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership skills through mentorship, training, and direct management.
