About the role
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to help define and execute the creative vision for BHG Financial.
- Design and launch campaigns across Direct Mail, Email, Website, Signage, Social Media, Video, and emerging platforms, ensuring high-quality creative that meets business goals.
- Explore, learn, and apply AI-driven tools for design, art, and video to innovate creative solutions and streamline workflows.
- Conduct photo research and provide image art direction to elevate visual storytelling across multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead select high-visibility marketing projects from initial briefing through delivery, maintaining quality and alignment with objectives.
- Mentor and coach junior creatives, fostering growth, skill development, and collaboration within the team.
- Support and help lead brainstorms with the Creative Director to drive innovative solutions for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Ensure brand alignment and creative consistency across all marketing touch points.
- Art direct and collaborate with designers to produce compelling marketing materials that strengthen brand visibility and support lead-gen goals.
- You are a creative concepting genius, who can capture audience interest, influence their emotion, and inspire them to take action through visually-compelling stories.
- You have experience working cross-functionally to execute complex designs, and can easily pivot between creative designs for print, web, or digital.
- You never shy away from offering unique, outside-the-box ideas, and are looking to join a team where you can inspire others, take risks, and work both collaboratively and autonomously.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Visual Communication.
- 10+ years professional experience in agencies or in-house setting.
- Have a great eye and solid knowledge for typography and other fundamentals of advertising, branding and graphic design.
- Strong conceptual and design problem-solving skills.
- Have solid knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs: Mac OS, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Acrobat, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines with moderate supervision
- Great communication, negotiations, and presentations skills, both verbal and written.
- Stays current with trends, emerging design techniques, application, digital media and evolving online platforms.
- Strong portfolio required
