Assist with the planning, master schedule, warehouse, inventory, transactions, finite scheduling, and distribution of GMP and research-grade production supplies and final products.
Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of materials needs as designated by the Management for Cell Therapy and Biological Production Departments.
Assist with the implementation and administration of an electronic enterprise resource planning and inventory management system.
Coordinate with Procurement Associate to communicate purchasing opportunities and potential supply, cost impacts to the Executive Management Team.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
Three (3) years Supply Chain experience with an emphasis in one or more of the following areas: Materials planning and management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Production Scheduling
Experience working with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, using an electronic ERP system (i.e., mid-market systems, such as Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics etc.).
