About the role
- Liaising with clients to educate them on the advantages of using our Hearings solution and the value proposition.
- Responding to inbound enquiries and converting leads to opportunities using a consultative approach.
- Nurturing client relationships and helping to drive customer success and account management initiatives.
- Regular client contact over the telephone, email and in person.
- Delivering engaging demos of the Opus 2 Hearings solution to legal teams, demonstrating a detailed understanding of our technology and its applicability to our clients and their use cases.
- Preparing tailored fee proposals reflecting client requirements.
- Working closely with the wider Business Development team, sharing knowledge and ideas to drive the achievement of our goals.
- Liaising effectively with the Client Services, Solution Operations, Technical Delivery and Marketing teams.
- Effective pipeline management, maintaining up-to-date Salesforce records.
Requirements
- Excellent written and confident verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and get stuck in, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Customer focused, interest in our clients and our role in the legal sector.
- Ability to juggle tasks under pressure and manage your time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborative team player with a flexible attitude.
- Previous experience in a client facing or professional services role, within the legal sector is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin as well as read/write Chinese would be a distinct advantage.
