Communicate the Opus 2 product and solution vision with clients to reinforce our leadership position in the market.
Become a domain expert in solution areas, beginning with Litigation/Disputes, understand the competitive landscape and be able to articulate the benefits of the Opus 2 approach.
Support the Business Development team through pre-sales providing product, subject matter and technical expertise.
Deliver compelling product demos that highlight business value and legal practice impact.
Map client business processes and pain points to product capabilities
Advise clients on best practices in adopting legal technology and integrating it into their workflows.
Build proof-of-concept (POC) environments to showcase product fit for complex legal use cases.
Support the Client Success team to drive client engagement through various initiatives.
Engage with both Product and Development teams around continuous improvement to the current and future roadmap.
Work closely with product managers to align roadmap with client needs.
Train internal teams (sales, product, support) on solution positioning and use cases.
Represent Opus 2 at legal tech conferences, webinars, and industry roundtables.
Become a trusted advisor to our clients.
Requirements
Experience as a solution consultant, pre-sales consultant or client success manager in a B2B software technology and/or experience working with a Litigation team or legal technology highly preferred.
Strong ability to listen and analyse customer needs and engage with customers in a consultative manner.
Excellent presentation skills, with a strong ability to engage and communicate complex legal technology concepts to customers effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are critical to this role – you are a charismatic, people-person that can talk to anyone, including senior executives, and you are comfortable working in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
Patient demeanour; excellent ability to hand-hold non-savvy customers with tact and diplomacy.
Analytical skills and background, with ability to use data to power decision-making
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to learn quickly, deliver high-quality results and coordinate work across multiple teams.
Organised, with excellent time management skills.
