• Beratung von Entscheidern, Produktionsverantwortlichen sowie R&D-Teams
• Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungen gemeinsam mit internen Experten und Partnern
• Planung und Durchführung von Kundenterminen, Demonstrationen und technischen Präsentationen
• Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses – von der Erstansprache bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
• Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Identifikation neuer Trends und Anwendungen

• Systematically build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM, Salesforce.
• Sell innovative laser, photonics and optoelectronic solutions.
• Advise decision-makers, production managers and R&D teams.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions together with internal experts and partners.
• Plan and conduct customer meetings, demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to successful close.
• Continuously monitor the market and competitors and identify new trends and applications.
