💰 $17 - $28 per hour
About the role
- Engages with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery.
- Creates, communicates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals.
- Secures patient’s upfront payment including assisting patients to find avenues for payment where needed.
- Supports the ongoing activities needed to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management.
- Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in related experience required.
- Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time.
- Ability to work in a fast past environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and have a high degree of quality focus.
- High degree of customer service skills required.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and collaborate with cross-functional team members across sales and operation functions.
