About the role

  • Placing pickup/delivery requests into Dispatching Software and assigning to drivers
  • Providing drivers with information for seamless delivery
  • Routing multiple routes in a timely fashion
  • Responding to emails and customer phone calls
  • Monitoring delivery agents' schedule for workload balance
  • Conducting reassignments in case of disruptions
  • Communicating details to delivery drivers and customers
  • Handling customer concerns and escalating unresolved issues

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in logistics or dispatching
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven professional customer-focused experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
