• Own a major product area end to end, including roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Ship AI-first features, including clinical decision support and intelligent workflows
• Own the UX vision and establish a clear, guided user experience
• Conduct discovery calls, usability sessions, and clinic visits with users
• Prioritize what to build, defer, or discontinue based on strategic impact
• Coordinate cross-platform features spanning OptiMantra and Cerbo
• Mentor junior product managers and collaborate with product managers across the organization
