About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a major product area end to end, including roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration
Ship AI-first features, including clinical decision support and intelligent workflows
Own the UX vision and establish a clear, guided user experience
Conduct discovery calls, usability sessions, and clinic visits with users
Prioritize what to build, defer, or discontinue based on strategic impact
Coordinate cross-platform features spanning OptiMantra and Cerbo
Mentor junior product managers and collaborate with product managers across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in product management, at least 2 at the senior level
EHR/EMR or healthcare software experience strongly encouraged
Strong UX and UI sensibility
Outcome-driven, measuring success by impact such as retention, activation, and clinical efficiency
Strategic thinking connecting product decisions to business outcomes
Comfort with ambiguity and speed in a small team with limited process
Technical fluency with architecture, APIs, and tradeoffs
Clear, sharp writing for a remote, async-first team
Bonus: Experience with multimodality clinical environments, including integrative, IV, MedSpa, and behavioral health
Bonus: Hands-on experience building AI/ML product features
Bonus: Familiarity with practice management workflows including scheduling, billing, insurance, intake, and memberships
