About the role
- Collaborate with Account Executives to lead comprehensive discovery sessions, ensuring Optimal's platform features are directly aligned with the business objectives and strategic initiatives of prospects and customers
- Develop and deliver impactful, relevant product demonstrations and training
- Support the customer lifecycle by creating necessary collateral, content, and training materials
- Enable customer onboarding, training, and enablement to drive usage and adoption in target accounts
- Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts by exhibiting strong commercial acumen and collaborating with the regional Sales Team to propose and close deals
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in our platform and research methodologies through continuous, practical application and training
- Serve as the crucial link between the market and the Product team: coach the regional sales team on product knowledge, and contribute the "voice of the market" feedback to influence the product roadmap for enterprise growth
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions consulting, customer success, or training in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of growing customer accounts and contributing to company sales targets
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and user interviews
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for customers
- Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex research concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate solutions and value propositions to senior executives
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
