About the role

  • Oversee Team Leaders and Assistant Property Managers
  • Ensure high-quality work, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and train team through group and one-on-one coaching
  • Liaise regularly with Senior Management regarding team performance, client opportunities, and operational improvements
  • Manage work quality and efficiency for a portfolio of U.S.-based real estate and property management clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate or property management
  • Experience using property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Rent Manager
  • 1–2 years in a leadership role with direct reporting responsibilities to management
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for team performance and client success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
