Revenue Operations – Growth Associate

Sales

• Recruit, develop, and coach AEs to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Build a high-performance culture that motivates, inspires, and empowers sellers to deliver exceptional results
• Lead weekly forecast reviews, deal strategy sessions, and team coaching rhythms
• Guide the design and execution of sales plays that win new enterprise logos and expand existing accounts

Principal Software Engineer, Backend

AI Engineer

• Lead the 0→1 buildout and 1→n scaling of AI capabilities at Optimal Dynamics; set direction and establish engineering standards.
• Own RAG initiatives end-to-end from problem framing and data readiness through prototyping, iteration, and production launch.
• Establish foundational components and practices for document processing, indexing, retrieval, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Select tools and approaches that balance quality, cost, and speed.
• Build reliable services and APIs that are observable, secure, and designed for scale in a cloud environment.
• Define success metrics (quality, latency, cost, safety) and drive continuous improvement via experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Create durable team assets (playbooks, test harnesses, checklists, and documentation) to make RAG development repeatable across products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data/ML, Engineering, and GTM to translate ambiguous needs into shippable capabilities with clear business impact.

Senior AI Engineer

DevOps Engineer

• Reliability: Own the company-wide incident lifecycle; standards for detection, escalation, incident command, customer comms, and high-quality postmortems with action tracking.
• Define and drive SLIs/SLOs for core services; build guardrails and dashboards that make reliability visible and actionable.
• Lead production readiness reviews, capacity/performance planning, load testing, disaster recovery exercises, and resilience engineering (failure testing/chaos where appropriate).
• Level-up on-call: right-sizing rotations, paging hygiene, runbooks, auto-remediation, and continuous improvement of MTTA/MTTR.
• Security: Embed security into the delivery pipeline: dependency and image scanning, least-privilege/IAM baselines, secrets management, and service-to-service auth.
• SOC 2-aligned controls as code; audit-friendly evidence generation in everyday engineering.
• Drive secure-by-default patterns in the platform (network posture, data protection, runtime policies).
• Platform & DevEx: Build and evolve paved roads for deploys, config, and runtime operations in our monorepo (Bazel) and CI/CD (AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild).
• Partner with product teams to make the secure default the easiest path—templates, tooling, libraries, and automation.
• Improve observability end-to-end (traces, logs, metrics, alerts).
