About the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers
- Collect and confirm candidate availability after the initial screening stage
- Communicate scheduling options with interviewers and hiring team members
- Send calendar invites and meeting links for interviews
- Send reminders to candidates and interviewers before scheduled interviews
- Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
- Track interview progress and scheduling updates in the system
- Manage candidate outreach and follow-ups using communication tools
- Help reduce candidate withdrawal by maintaining timely and consistent communication
- Support post-interview coordination and offer stage logistics
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume scheduling (30–40 interviews per week)
- Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, or recruiting operations
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
