About the role

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers
  • Collect and confirm candidate availability after the initial screening stage
  • Communicate scheduling options with interviewers and hiring team members
  • Send calendar invites and meeting links for interviews
  • Send reminders to candidates and interviewers before scheduled interviews
  • Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Track interview progress and scheduling updates in the system
  • Manage candidate outreach and follow-ups using communication tools
  • Help reduce candidate withdrawal by maintaining timely and consistent communication
  • Support post-interview coordination and offer stage logistics

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume scheduling (30–40 interviews per week)
  • Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, or recruiting operations
  • Comfortable communicating with candidates and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
