About the role
- Lead and support talent assigned to client accounts
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance guidance
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and quality standards
- Serve as an operational point of contact for client updates
- Track deliverables and manage task flow across accounts
- Support onboarding and workflow changes
- Resolve issues between clients and talent objectively
- Escalate risks and blockers when needed
Requirements
- Experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or SME in BPO or ops
- Experience managing people and daily performance
- Exposure to client-facing communication
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
