About the role
- Design stunning, high-quality user interfaces and explore creative visual concepts
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that balances beauty, usability, and innovation
- Create user-centered designs by incorporating market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
- Prototype interactions and animations to bring polish, delight, and clarity to the user experience
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams
- Stay ahead of design trends, new technologies, and emerging UI patterns
- Work on product conception through to implementation and refinement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in UI/Visual/Product Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, refined work (submit portfolio in English)
- Proven experience designing for B2C or SaaS products, ideally browsers, search, or other consumer-facing platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and modern prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into user-centered designs
- Experience with animations, prototyping interactions, and validating design concepts through user testing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to leverage AI tools in the design process
