About the role
- Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Analyze research findings to inform design decisions.
- Translate product requirements and user research into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Explore different design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Create high-fidelity visual designs, including interface layouts, typography, color palettes, and iconography, ensuring consistency with InPost's brand guidelines and design system.
- Conduct usability testing throughout the design process to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, meet product requirements, and are implemented effectively.
- Communicate design rationale and advocate for the user experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of InPost's design system and component library, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) and usability best practices.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or UX Designer, demonstrating a strong portfolio of user-centered design work
- Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with role-specific tools and frameworks
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Agile and/or Lean methodologies
- Fluent English
- Experience working in the logistics/e-commerce or related technology industries will be a plus
