About the role
- Support Salesforce platform and core business systems; system administration, user support, process automation, and data management
- Lead and be SME on Salesforce; consult on initiatives and drive automation and AI workloads
- Collaborate with other Salesforce admins; document changes within 48 hours; align with business processes
- Document roadmaps and participate in vendor and project meetings; implement improvements and integrations
- Tech Stack includes Salesforce, CPQ, Jira/Confluence, Ringlead, Make, Gong, Celigo, HubSpot
- Location: remote-first; open to US-based candidates; travel as needed
Requirements
- Experience administering Salesforce and core business systems
- Familiarity with CPQ and quoting software
- Automation, data management, and user support
- Ability to document changes within 48 hours and align with business processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Jira/Confluence, Ringlead, Make, Gong, Celigo, HubSpot
- Remote-friendly; able to work in US time zones
