About the role
- Handle all customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure user satisfaction by tailoring solutions to individual needs
- Monitor and address community questions and interact with the OpenProject community
- Provide feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams based on customer interactions
- Provide online training and demos to users
Requirements
- Proficient in both English and German (written and verbal)
- Initial work experience, ideally within customer support, sales and/or finance at a tech company
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- Tech-savvy
- Caring attitude towards clients and users.
