About the role

  • Visit dealerships to inventory vehicles and assess their condition.
  • Publish new vehicle profiles on our mobile app for dealers.
  • Provide training and troubleshoot clients' technical issues.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • 1–3 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French — This role requires interaction with customers, executives, and colleagues in Quebec, other provinces, or other countries who may not speak French
  • Preferred: Experience in wholesale vehicle appraisal
  • Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
