About the role

  • Develop an understanding of client needs using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and by following associated workflows
  • Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns
  • Manage accounts and drive dealer growth by participating in targeted performance discussions
  • Manage, maintain and mitigate risks for client accounts
  • Oversee existing accounts and cultivate new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently within your territory to support current and prospective customers
  • Desire and experience working in a multi-faceted environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with a focus on productivity and adaptability
  • Ability to use and understand technologies required for the role, such as mobile applications and software
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously as needed, while also functioning as part of a team
  • High level of accountability for regional and business objectives
