• Meets and exceeds sales goals via effective territory management
• Responsible for delivering new channel partners (Certified and Premier Partners)
• Responsible for building relationships with regional accounts, dealers and distribution partners, including:
• Training, joint sales calls, end-user presentations, and
• Promotions, sales contests.
• Manages the sales efforts, including the following:
• Goal setting and territory management
• Training and joint sales calls
• Orchestrates the regional development of key national partners, including:
• Training, joint sales calls, end-user presentations
• Prepare for and attend key regional and national trade shows and vertical market shows.
• Allocates time to office work to create strategy, set up appointments, complete management reports, and prepares for upcoming presentations and conference calls with sales teams
• Resolves customer issues professionally with internal team
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned

Regional Sales Manager – South Central

• Meet or exceed sales goals via effective territory management, including frequent travel to various territories in region and occasional travel throughout the United States
• Lead a team of 7 – 8 Regional Sales Managers by means of active coaching and development while holding the team accountable to achieving sales targets.
• Oversee monthly goal setting of the team as well as the strategies used to grow revenue in your region.
• Demonstrate software solutions at the end-user level as well as the channel partner level.
• Drive the CRM process to manage the business and measure results.
• Conduct quarterly joint sales calls with team members (key targeted integrators, consultants, and significant end users).
• Manage key distribution accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop policies and procedures as they relate to the sales organization.
• Approve and document project price variances.
• Remove sales barriers for the outside sales organization by resolving customer issues professionally with corporate resources.
• Prepare for, and attend, key regional and national trade shows and vertical market shows.
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
