About the role
- Supervise students during UT RISE testing sessions
- Follow strict testing scripts and state assessment protocols
- Maintain a calm, professional, and secure testing environment
- Ensure testing procedures are implemented consistently and accurately
- Monitor student participation and engagement during testing
- Support accurate documentation and session reporting
- Collaborate with another proctor onsite while supervising separate student groups
Requirements
- Complete required training and certification prior to participation
- Follow all testing scripts and assessment protocols exactly as written
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students and families
- Support accurate and timely testing documentation
- Maintain a quiet, professional testing environment
- Comfort using basic technology and virtual testing tools
- Ability to work cooperatively with another proctor at the same testing site
