• Translate operational goals and gaps into clear, well-scoped technical requirements, QA workflow and automation changes before they ship, and identify configuration errors before they affect performance.
• Evaluate how each team operates against how the technology supports them.
• Identify where processes break down, where tools are underutilized, and where changes to HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, or automation logic would meaningfully improve outcomes.
• Design and run structured experiments across campaigns, audiences, and channels.
• Document what moves the needle and apply those learnings systematically.

RevOps Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Dashboard and Report Development — Build and maintain trusted, self-serve dashboards in Metabase that serve the full GTM organization. Every dashboard you build should answer a specific business question, reduce dependence on ad-hoc requests, and be legible to a non-technical stakeholder without a walkthrough.
• SQL and Data Modeling — Write clean, well-documented SQL against Snowflake to extract, transform, and validate data for reporting. Translate business logic from RevOps into queries and data structures that produce accurate, repeatable outputs. Where dbt models exist or need to be created, partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure the right foundations are in place.
• KPI Definition and Metric Governance — Partner with the RevOps Analyst to define, document, and standardize the GTM metrics that matter most across marketing, retention, support, and revenue. Own the source of truth for how those metrics are calculated and ensure consistency across dashboards and reports.
• Insight Communication — Go beyond the chart. When a dashboard surfaces something unexpected, a trend worth investigating, or a signal that leadership should act on, your job is to name it clearly and frame the implications. Reporting without interpretation is noise. Your contribution is turning data into a point of view.
• Cross-functional Data Partnership — Work closely with the RevOps Analyst to understand what business questions each team is trying to answer, prioritize the reporting roadmap accordingly, and deliver outputs that are both technically accurate and genuinely useful to the people receiving them.
• Data Quality and Validation — Take ownership of the accuracy of your outputs. Before any dashboard or report is shared, you verify it. When numbers look off, you investigate. When something is wrong upstream, you surface it clearly to the right person rather than publishing results you cannot stand behind.
• Success Metrics: The quality of your work is measured by whether it gets used, trusted, and acted on. Specific indicators include the adoption rate of self-serve dashboards across the GTM organization, the reduction in ad-hoc reporting requests over time, the accuracy and consistency of KPI definitions across reporting surfaces, and the speed at which the RevOps team and business leaders can get to a credible answer when a question arises. The ultimate measure is whether the people you serve feel more informed and more confident in their decisions because of the work you produce.

GTM Reporting Analyst

Account Manager

• Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Student Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate student records (enrollment, attendance, grades) while ensuring full compliance with state/federal regulations including FERPA
• Enrollment Operations: Coordinate seamless student enrollment and registration processes, including new enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals
• Data Management & Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for internal and external needs while preparing documentation for state and district audits

Partner Manager

Community Manager

• Provide real-time support for live sessions (clubs, events, Morning Meetings, Flex Fridays)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure sessions run smoothly
• Support facilitators and teachers during live programming
• Ensure sessions start on time and meet quality standards
• Own attendance tracking systems across all Community programs
• Ensure accurate and complete attendance records
• Maintain and validate data across platforms and systems
• Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues quickly
• Manage session recordings and ensure timely uploads
• Ensure all post-session deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor session quality and consistency across programs
• Identify issues in execution and flag them to leadership
• Help standardize expectations for live session delivery
• Create and maintain weekly reports on attendance, engagement, and trends
• Analyze participation patterns and identify opportunities for improvement
• Surface insights that inform program planning and operational decisions
• Identify inefficiencies in live operations and data workflows
• Recommend and support process improvements or automation opportunities
• Partner with leadership to improve systems and scalability

Community Technology Specialist

• Attend key Marketing planning and strategy meetings as a standing participant to bring data and platform intelligence into conversations proactively.
• Know the full MarTech stack deeply, staying ahead of HubSpot updates and identifying where existing tools are being underutilized.
• Serve as the marketing-side liaison to Systems, turning marketing goals into well-scoped requirements, catching misconfigurations, and QAing builds before they ship.
• Own marketing performance reporting in HubSpot and Metabase, including multi-touch attribution tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Design and run structured A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, and channels to systematically document and apply what moves the needle.
• Funnel performance execution across metrics including open rates, conversion rates, drop-off points, source quality, and campaign ROI.
• Technical scoping excellence, demonstrated by delivering clear, well-scoped technical requirements that allow the Systems team to act quickly and error-free.
• System deployment quality, evaluated by catching logic errors, automation gaps, and performing successful QA validation before campaign builds ship.
• The creation and adoption of self-serve dashboards that ensure stakeholders have accurate data quality without waiting on custom reports.

RevOps Specialist, Marketing

• Attend key CS and Support planning, QBR, and operational meetings as a standing participant to bring data and operational intelligence into conversations proactively.
• Own capacity planning for CS and Support by modeling team workload against volume trends, seasonality, staffing levels, and headcount data to give leadership a forward-looking view.
• Serve as the CS/Support-side liaison to the Systems team to translate team needs into well-scoped technical requirements, identify configuration errors, and QA workflow changes before they ship.
• Own performance reporting and build self-serve dashboards in HubSpot and Metabase covering ticket volume, resolution time, CSAT, SLA attainment, and team productivity.
• Evaluate the full CS and Support tech stack deeply to identify underutilized tools, map out where data/processes break down, and recommend HubSpot Service Hub updates.

RevOps Specialist – Customer Success

Administration

• Owning the implementation and ongoing execution of a specialized program with elevated compliance or program-specific requirements.
• Ensuring teachers and specialists understand and adhere to program expectations, policies, and workflows.
• Serving as the subject matter expert on state-specific and program-specific requirements.
• Monitoring program fidelity through data, audits, and regular review of key systems (attendance, engagement, progress, documentation, etc.).
• Identifying compliance risks or gaps and proactively addressing them.
• Partnering with the Director of Program Implementation to align program execution with broader system design.
