About the role

  • Implementation, management, and ongoing compliance of all data reporting and records management for OpenEd Foundation’s K-12 virtual private school in Indiana.
  • Communicating directly with IDOE personnel.
  • Maintaining direct responsibility for Choice Scholarship accountability.
  • Ensuring school reporting deliverables are compliant with state requirements.

Requirements

  • We’re currently accepting applications from those living in Indiana.
  • Candidates must have a valid, current driver’s license, the ability to drive a motor vehicle, and access to a vehicle to use as needed for business travel.
  • Preference for candidates with previous experience using Indiana school data reporting systems as a registrar or data leader.
  • Organized, capable, approachable team player, comfortable navigating data analysis and compliance-related meetings.
  • Experience contributing to school state reporting in Indiana Choice Scholarship private schools, using IDOE templates for data reporting, and navigating IDOE Knowledge Hub are preferable.
