About the role
- Lead and scale sales technology and revenue analytics ecosystem
- Manage architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of CRM environment
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance leadership
- Build and lead dedicated development teams in India for Salesforce and HubSpot
- Oversee custom CRM development, integrations, marketing automation workflows
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership to align systems with business needs
Requirements
- 8-12 years in CRM systems / Enterprise Systems
- 5+ years managing technical development teams
- Strong hands-on background in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience designing CRM workflows, data models, and automations
- Proven track record delivering multi-system integration programs
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience with JIRA and Release Management
