About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Design and optimize processes to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance while maintaining a people-focused approach
- Assist in payroll coordination with our external provider
- Manage employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes)
- Support international mobility and maintain documentation in line with legal requirements
- Coordinate with finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation data
- Contribute to improving HR operations tools and workflows
- Manage the HR operations Jira ticketing system
Requirements
- Strong experience in payroll coordination and HR administration
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Silae, Payfit...)
- Data- and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate, compliant, and reliable HR operations
- Experience managing employee support channels (ticketing systems, shared inboxes, etc.)
- Process documentation and creation of scalable workflows
- Ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and stay organized
- Understanding of legal compliance requirements, data protection, and audit readiness
- Proficiency with tools (Google Suite, Notion, Jira, Slack, Zapier...)
