About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
  • Design and optimize processes to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance while maintaining a people-focused approach
  • Assist in payroll coordination with our external provider
  • Manage employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes)
  • Support international mobility and maintain documentation in line with legal requirements
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation data
  • Contribute to improving HR operations tools and workflows
  • Manage the HR operations Jira ticketing system

Requirements

  • Strong experience in payroll coordination and HR administration
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Silae, Payfit...)
  • Data- and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate, compliant, and reliable HR operations
  • Experience managing employee support channels (ticketing systems, shared inboxes, etc.)
  • Process documentation and creation of scalable workflows
  • Ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and stay organized
  • Understanding of legal compliance requirements, data protection, and audit readiness
  • Proficiency with tools (Google Suite, Notion, Jira, Slack, Zapier...)
