About the role
- Operate and evolve calling operations (pre- and post-sale)
- Support the scaling call operation (current scale expanding) with a focus on first- and second-contact approaches
- Drive the evolution of scripts/approach using technology (e.g., prompts and data-driven adjustments), ensuring clarity, adherence and consistency
- Collect day-to-day feedback and learnings to adjust communication, flow and cadence
- Analyze reasons for conversions and non-conversions, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities
- Monitor funnel and journey metrics such as registration/activation completeness (e.g., first invoice generated/paid), funnel narrowing and stage drop-offs, delinquency, and customer reactivation
- Propose and lead journey improvements to increase conversion and retention
- Receive requests/inputs (e.g., unions, commercial/sales) and deliver them to production with speed and quality
- Understand briefs, validate with commercial/sales, identify new points and suggest changes
- Act as a bridge to prevent miscommunication and ensure execution reflects the real business need
- Interpret and operationalize requests related to conventions/regulations (including union context)
- Ensure communication and journeys comply with applicable rules and regulations
Requirements
- Senior-level/Specialist experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Conversion and/or Customer Experience (CX)
- Hands-on experience with funnels, customer journeys and conversion metrics (from prospecting through post-sale)
- Ability to translate briefs into execution and drive adjustments autonomously
- Detail-oriented, attentive to nuances, proactive (not passive), with an investigative mindset (seek information, validate, propose)
- Strong communication skills to interface with areas such as sales, marketing and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with technology applied to operations (e.g., automations, flows, modern tools)
