About the role

  • We are looking for a Tech Manager for the Cross Tribe, a strategic area that connects systems, teams and the business.
  • Here you will lead teams working on critical projects that support several key solutions at Dasa.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (NestJS, Express);
  • Experience in technical leadership or coordination of engineering teams;
  • Experience with distributed architectures, microservices and REST APIs;
  • Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools);
  • Adherence to modern engineering practices (TDD, automated tests, code review, observability);
  • Good communication and technical leadership with a focus on collaboration.
