About the role
- Support the management of end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of the HR team;
- Screen resumes/CVs according to job requirements;
- Support candidate communication (invitations, follow-ups and alignments);
- Schedule interviews and provide logistical support for recruitment stages;
- Update and maintain tracking records, spreadsheets and recruitment systems (ATS/CRM);
- Assist with job postings on platforms and social media;
- Assist in maintaining talent pools/databases;
- Support the collection of feedback from hiring managers after interviews;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
- Entry-level experience or prior experience in Recruitment and Selection processes;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and deadlines;
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn or ATS systems.
