About the role

  • Support the management of end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of the HR team;
  • Screen resumes/CVs according to job requirements;
  • Support candidate communication (invitations, follow-ups and alignments);
  • Schedule interviews and provide logistical support for recruitment stages;
  • Update and maintain tracking records, spreadsheets and recruitment systems (ATS/CRM);
  • Assist with job postings on platforms and social media;
  • Assist in maintaining talent pools/databases;
  • Support the collection of feedback from hiring managers after interviews;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Entry-level experience or prior experience in Recruitment and Selection processes;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings and deadlines;
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn or ATS systems.
